- 24oz of cauliflower gnocchi
- 1 lb Italian sausage, bulk, no casings
- Jar of marinara sauce

Directions
- Air fry 1 bag of gnocchi at a time at 350 degrees. Air fry for 16 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Repeat with second bag and set gnocchi aside.
- Cook sausage over medium heat for 8 minutes or until cooked through.
- Add gnocchi to pan.
- Add marinara and cook for an extra 3 minutes
