Breaded Chicken Caesar Salad

- 18 oz bag of Romaine Salad
- 3lbs (48oz) chicken breasts
- 1 bag of croutons
- 8oz Caesar dressing (half a 16oz bottle)
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1 egg

Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 425 degrees.
- Beat egg in bowl
- Poor 1/2 cup of bread crums into separate bowl
- Coat chicken breasts in egg then dip in bread crums
- Air fry chicken breasts for 7 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees
- Let chicken cool, then dice into pieces
- Toss salad, chicken, croutons, parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing
- Serve!
