Salsa Chicken Tacos

  • 2.75 lbs (44 oz) boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 taco seasoning packet 
  • 16 oz jar of salsa
  • Corn tortillas (taco size - 18 minimum)

Directions

  1.  Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker and sprinkle evenly with taco seasoning.
  2.  Pour salsa over evenly.
  3.  Cover and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or LOW for 6-8 hours.
  4.  Shred chicken with 2 forks and toss in crock pot with juices.
  5. Use leftover chicken for another meal or freeze for later use
