  • 2 lb Turkey kielbasa cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 4 ears corn each cut into 4 pieces
  • 1 pound small red potatoes cut in half
  • 3 colored bell peppers cut into large pieces 
  • 1 medium onion cut into large pieces

These are staple ingredients you may already have in your house.
  • 3 tbsp paprika 
  • 2 tbsp  salt
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp pepper 
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp cayenne
  • 1/2 tbsp dried thyme

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Prepare kajun seasoning in bowl and set aside. 
  3. Place sliced potatoes and bell peppers onolive oil sprayed baking sheet.
  4. Season with kajun seasoning and bake for 30  minutes.
  5. Take potatoes and peppers out of oven and flip.
  6. Add kielbasa, corn,and onion to sheet pan. Sprinkle remaining kajun seasoning evenly.
  7.  Bake additional 30-45 minutes, flipping contents halfway through.
  8.  Remove from oven and serve!

Additional notes

Optional: Add 2 lbs of cooked peeled shrimp for added variety and protein
