- 2 lb Turkey kielbasa cut into 1-inch pieces
- 4 ears corn each cut into 4 pieces
- 1 pound small red potatoes cut in half
- 3 colored bell peppers cut into large pieces
- 1 medium onion cut into large pieces

- 3 tbsp paprika
- 2 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp cayenne
- 1/2 tbsp dried thyme
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Prepare kajun seasoning in bowl and set aside.
- Place sliced potatoes and bell peppers onolive oil sprayed baking sheet.
- Season with kajun seasoning and bake for 30 minutes.
- Take potatoes and peppers out of oven and flip.
- Add kielbasa, corn,and onion to sheet pan. Sprinkle remaining kajun seasoning evenly.
- Bake additional 30-45 minutes, flipping contents halfway through.
- Remove from oven and serve!
Additional notes
Optional: Add 2 lbs of cooked peeled shrimp for added variety and protein
