  • 2 lbs ground turkey
  • 2 12oz bags frozen broccoli
  • 2 12oz bags frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce

  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions

  1.  Cook ground turkey on medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper.  
  2. Meanwhile, microwave frozen broccoli and cauliflower rice.  
  3. Once browned, add teriyaki sauce and toss for an extra 2 minutes.
  4. Season broccoli with salt, pepper, and butter. 
  5. Season cauliflower rice with salt and pepper.
  6. Toss all together for combined teriyaki dish or enjoy turkey and broccoli over cauliflower rice! 

Additional notes

  • Add sesame seeds and chopped scallions for added flavor! 
  • Buy one head of lettuce to eat as lettuce wraps
