- 3 lbs (48 oz) boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 package frozen mixed vegetables
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
Honey Garlic Sauce
- 1/3 cup honey
- 4 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp rice wine vinegar

- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1.5 Tsp onion powder
- 1.5 Tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 Tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1/3 cup of water
Directions
- Dice chicken into cubes. Toss with onion powder, garlic powder, pepper and 3 Tbsp soy sauce. Mix and set aside.
- In a pan, cook frozen vegetables. Add eggs. Combine and scramble.
- Add cooked white rice.
- Add 1/3 cup soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Cook and set aside.
- Make honey garlic sauce. Combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, ketchup, white rice vinegar. Mix.
- Cook chicken with honey garlic sauce on medium heat (4 minutes on each side) add corn starch with water.
- Simmer on low for 5 minutes. Combine all together or enjoy sesame chicken on bed of fried rice!
Additional notes
Add sesame seeds and green onion for added flavor
