- 1 head Iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 8 oz Catalina dressing (half of a 16 oz bottle)
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 can black olives
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2.25 lbs 93% lean ground beef (or ground turkey)
- 1 taco seasoning packet
- 14.5 ounces bag Nacho Cheese Doritos crushed

These are staple ingredients you may already have in your house.
Directions
- In a large skillet, brown ground beef or turkey and drain off grease. Add taco seasoning with 1 Tbsp of water. Cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix browned beef/ turkey with lettuce, tomatoes, olives, and cheddar cheese.
- Right before serving add dressing and mix in crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos.
- Only use 8 oz of the Catalina dressing throughout the week to maintain macros.
Additional notes
Optional: corn, beans, peppers, onions.
Important: If tossed all together, this will not save well. We like to keep ingredients separate and toss smaller portions as we’re ready to eat them, while still saving some for leftovers!
