  • 18 oz bag of Romaine Salad
  • 3lbs (48oz) chicken breasts
  • 1 bag of croutons
  • 8oz Caesar dressing (half a 16oz bottle)
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 egg

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 425 degrees.
  2.  Beat egg in bowl
  3. Poor 1/2 cup of bread crums into separate bowl 
  4. Coat chicken breasts in egg then dip in bread crums
  5. Air fry chicken breasts for 7 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees
  6. Let chicken cool, then dice into pieces 
  7. Toss salad, chicken, croutons, parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing 
  8.  Serve!

Additional notes

Optional: Add medium-sized flour tortillas for Caesar salad wraps!
